Pic-Time Setup Services
As a photographer, I know you wear many hats in your business. The burden of carrying the entire workload for the business can be quite overwhelming at times. I know how valuable your time is, because I’ve been in your shoes.
Not to mention all the systems you have to try and streamline your workflows, one of which is your gallery system. Setting up a whole new system can take away from the time you need to be shooting, editing, or communicating with your clients. It takes away even more time when you are unfamiliar with the system because it’s new.
As a long-time user of Pic-Time’s system to deliver galleries to my clients, I understand. I switched from a gallery system to Pic-Time quite some time ago, and it can take time to get your settings how you want, understand the system, and be ready to send your first client gallery. While Pic-Time makes their system easy to use, I switched in the middle of my busiest wedding season ever, and it would have been so much better if I had someone to outsource my setup.
This is where I come in — I’m Autumn, and I’m your Pic-Time fairy godmother.
I’ve worked with a number of photographers who are either new to Pic-Time’s platform or have been a long-time user but feel there are better ways for them to maximize their use of the system.
As a Pic-Time Setup Specialist, this is where my knowledge of the platform and the industry allow me to provide you with a full-service setup of your Pic-Time account, so all you’ll need to do is log in and you’ll instantly be more efficient than you ever were before.
How It Works
After you fill out the contact form below, I’ll send you my Pic-Time intake form, which will kick off your project! This form allows you to provide me with your top priorities for the project, then I’ll have all the details to be able to get started.
From there, I start with a full account audit. I’ll go through all of your settings and provide you with video feedback on areas where I see we could improve your account. If you’re new to Pic-Time, I would provide feedback on what exactly we need to set up.
I’ll send over the video audit for your review, along with an email with more details on the project plan moving forward. I may have some follow-up questions for you in the email, but from there, I’ll start working on the key priorities you provided as well as the areas I pointed out in your account audit.

While you’re off working with your clients, I’ll be working behind the scenes preparing your account to be ready to send that next beautiful gallery off to its new home. Whether that’s setting up your project templates or setting up your gallery store, you’ll have one less thing on your plate so you can focus on serving your clients.
When I have put the finishing touches on the project, you’ll receive video walkthroughs showing you the scope of work completed along with how to use the feature. While I love to take the setup off your plate, I also find it critical that you understand how the different features work so you can be successful long after your setup is complete.
What It’s Not
My Pic-Time setup services are simply that — setup services. You will give me your top priorities, I’ll give you a list of other areas I think we can improve, then I’ll work to set up your account so you’re ready to be more effective and make more money!
This service is not a strategy service. If you’re looking to work with a specialist who can sit down on a call with you and chat all about how to be more effective with your sales automations and campaigns in order to sell more products, I’m not the one for you.
However, my goal at the end of our work together is that you have some amazing sales automations set up so that you can make more money than you ever thought possible through your gallery store. I can provide suggestions for different automations and campaigns I’ve found to work well, so no worries there!

The setup services include between 8-10 hours of work for $600. This will include your top priorities for your account along with any other areas of priority I find during your account audit. Payment for setup services are due in full before services will be rendered. Projects are scheduled over a 2-week period, so it is important to choose a time period where you will be able to have access to email in case of any questions.
After payment is received, we’ll kick off your project with the Pic-Time intake form, and I’ll get to work on setting up your account!

With a few years of Pic-Time under my belt, there have been tons of amazing features added along the way. Here are some of my favorites.
- Project Templates: These are amazing for photographers who shoot the same types of photos year after year. You can set up a project template for the different types of sessions or weddings you photograph, then when you create a new gallery, the system will prompt you to choose your template. The template is a huge time saver, because you can choose all your settings that you always have to adjust for that type of session, and it will automatically be set up when you create a new gallery from that template!
This has saved me so much time for my wedding and portrait clients. I don’t have to remember to disable downloads, turn off watermarks, or even set up my different scenes on the Photos tab. When I’m ready to upload a wedding gallery, my project template already has all my scenes set up so all I have to do is upload! Talk about convenient!
- Sales Automations: These have been a game changer for my business, in allowing me to offer incredible incentives to my clients to purchase their beautiful images as prints and products. I always offer my clients a discount at the time of gallery delivery, and I encourage them to share the guest link with their family and friends. This way, everyone has access to the gallery and access to the sales automation, making me money off the store while I sleep!
