While the day started off cloudy and not an ounce of sunshine to be found, I knew we were going to capture some amazing images as soon as I pulled into the driveway of Baby E’s new home. Her nursery was filled with all sorts of beautiful Dr. Seuss details – from wall decals to stuffed animals to famous books by the amazing writer himself. While the clouds were still hanging overhead, beautiful light had began to pour into the nursery windows, making beautiful lighting for this Indianapolis newborn lifestyle session.
Baby E was fighting sleep, but just like her mom said, she was out as soon as her daddy swaddled her in his arms. I loved capturing her flaky skin and milk blister on her lip, because these sweet little details will be gone in a blink of an eye as she begins to grow.
