Adventure Family Session at Potters Bridge Park | The Kuligs

Another summer session with the Kulig family is in the books, and this one has quickly become a new favorite of mine. We ventured back to the same park we’ve shot at over the years for their family session at Potters Bridge Park.

It blows my mind every time I see them how much these precious kiddos have grown. Their oldest started kindergarten the week of their session, which means he was about 2 years old the first time I took any photos of their family for a maternity session. Four years later and three beautiful kids, it’s such a blessing to get to capture all of these sweet memories for their family to treasure forever.

Returning back to Potters Bridge Park in Noblesville, I really wanted to make sure the area we chose was fresh and new. We have explored a lot of the park together, but with it being a large park, there were still yet places that we haven’t used before and they may have become my new favorite places. They were perfect for hiding the sun during their early morning session, but it would be perfect for a late sunset session, too.

Their youngest son was a hoot, too; every time he smiled, it was the biggest grinny cheese I’ve seen, and my heart seriously melted into a puddle every time. We may have had to work a little bit to get some authentic smiles from their daughter, so tickles from mom were totally involved in the making of these photos.

Of course, as I do for every family session, we had to sneak Scott and Leslie away for a few moments to get some photos of just the two of them. I loved this bridge for those shots, and it allowed for some gorgeous wideshots that would look amazing on a canvas! I’m always trying to shoot so that clients have some great options for prints and products for their home, so you’ll always find a wide variety of shots in your gallery for that reason.

As usual, the Kulig family outfits were on point. I love how Leslie and Scott always perfectly compliment the kids’ outfits. I love the pink of their daughter’s hairbow tying right into the pink of Leslie’s dress. Small details like this in outfit choices can make a world of difference.

Again, I’m so grateful for the opportunity to capture the Kulig family another summer, and I’m looking forward to continuing watching their sweet family grow. Enjoy the sneak peeks from this family session at Potters Bridge Park!
