I was so excited to photograph Aubrey and Chris’s cozy sunset engagement session in Kokomo a few days ago! These two were so much fun, and we even got some great photos of their fluffy pups!
Aubrey and Chris first met in high school, where they became friends. After high school, they reconnected and have been together for 8 years. Their relationship has taken them on many adventures together, including moving to Colorado for a couple of years.
In September 2020, they were between Aubrey’s job contracts and were driving through Montana. They pulled the RV over at sunrise to let the dogs run around a bit. She said that Chris was in front of the truck, fumbling through his console, when he was looking for the ring. He turned around, dropped to his knee, and asked Aubrey to marry him. Of course, she said yes!
They will be getting married on grandparents’ property, which is absolutely perfect for the two of them to have the amazing wedding of their dreams.
During their session, they brought their pups, and they kept us entertained! But in all honesty, Aubrey and Chris have done an incredible job training them, and they were so well behaved the entire time we were together.
I am so excited for their wedding day where they get to celebrate with their friends and family. Aubrey is going to be a beautiful bride, and I know she’s going to knock Chris’s socks off!
Enjoy some highlights from their engagement session at Wildcat Creek Reservoir Park in Kokomo!
